Nova TG-410 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
A-Scan Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge by NDT Systems
The Nova TG 410 is a precision gauge with an A-Scan (oscilloscope type) display allowing the operator to set the gauge for difficult tasks e.g. measuring multi-layered structures. The Nova TG410 gauge works with all types of probes.
The Nova TG-410 A-Trace Series offers Pulse Rep Rates up to 300Hz, With Display Updates of 30Hz, fast enough for all but the most demanding applications. With the introduction of three NEW, Industry Leading Features including Split-view, Split-scan and Auto-track The Nova Series possibly presents the best features for price in High Performance Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges today. The high speed, fully sunlight-readable, backlit display offers Quarter VGA resolution.
User interface is via simple plain text menus located at the bottom of the display. Large numeric display zone offers full 7/16" high characters representing Thickness measurement.
Whether you need to capture A-Scan data, B-Scan data, or both, the TG-410 has been specially designed to allow you to accomplish this with ease.
The TG-410 which offers many features and has a reputation for accuracy and stability in the harshest environments. Today, you can find inspectors across the globe utilising the TG-410 to acquire thickness measurements on pipelines, pressure vessels, and storage tanks in the oil and gas industry & throughout a wide range of industries.
Nova TG-410 Overview
The TG-410 is a high-level handheld thickness gauge offering a resolution of 0.0001”. The cleanly structured menu allows quick transducer setups while a freeze screen function lets the user take a closer look at a certain A-Scan signal and allows that particular image to be stored to the internal memory if desired. The unit can be connected to a PC to transfer stored data such as data logs, A-Scans, B-Scans and user-defined setups. The unit also allows for a time-encoded B-Scan image in addition to a momentary A-Scan.

The Nova TG410 A-Trace Precision Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge defines a new standard for performance, features and portability in Hand-held Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges.
This Nova A-Trace Series offers Pulse Rep Rates up to 300Hz, With Display Updates of 30Hz, fast enough for all but the most demanding applications.
