Key Features;

UVG2 & UVG3 Torches reach full power instantly, no warm up time needed.

The on/off button is positioned at the back of the torch.

Location of on/off button aims to prevent accidental activation.

The length of the torch is 15.9cm (6.3 inches) and weighs 211 grams (7.4 oz), including battery.

Each UVG light contains one ultraviolet LED that peaks at 365nm, the life of each LED is estimated at 30,000 hours.

The same batteries can be used for both torches and UVG5 headlights.

Each battery can be recharged from a normal outlet or vehicle via a 12v cigarette lighter connection for use on the move.

Each light comes with 1 spare battery to keep charged as a backup for when required.

All UVG lights are equipped with a current regulator that keeps the UV Intensity constant even when the battery fades.

Labino UVG2 2.0

The Labino UVG2 2.0 is a small-sized, lightweight, UV-A LED hand held torch designed
for quick inspections in “hard-to-reach” areas or for use out on the field.
The Labino UVG2 2.0 UV LED Torches are used for many applications across various industries such as in Non Destructive Testing (NDT) for MPI & DPI inspections, Leak Detection & Purity Control.
They are widely used by Police forces to detect forensic traces (e.g. body fluids) at crime scenes and in the detection of fluorescent tracer liquids (e.g. SmartWater™).
They are also used by art galleries and museums for Art Restoration and Art Verification. The list of applications using ultraviolet light is increasing all of the time.

Labino UVG3 2.0
The Labino UVG3 2.0 is a very similar UV LED Torch to the UVG2 2.0 with the addition of a unique white light blocking filter that is not affected by solarisation, for applications where the amount of visible light is critical.
This filter eliminates the white light from the lamp and reduces the glare reflected from shiny surfaces i.e. aluminium, when you use the lamp with UV Blocking glasses.

Available in Spot, Mid, or Flood versions to suit your application & to comply with varying industry requirements.

Labino UVG5 2.0 - Headlight
The Labino UVG5 2.0 UV LED headlight is a compact and adjustable light that frees your hands during inspections, especially useful during yoke inspections or mag bench inspections.
​
The Labino UVG5 2.0 Head Mounted UV Lamp includes a unique white light block filter that is not affected by solarisation, for applications where the amount of visible light is critical.
This filter eliminates the white light from the lamp and reduces the glare reflected from shiny surfaces i.e. aluminium, when you use the lamp along with UV Blocking glasses.

Spot, Mid & Flood Versions available with an additional white light LED for inspection purposes, with 2 power modes;
​
(Mode 1) a strong “search” white light for use in dark and tight spaces such as pipes and tanks which can run for 5 hours continuously and generate 1 200 fc (12000 lux).
​
(Mode 2) a visual inspection white light which can run 19 hours continuously and generate
200 fc (2000 lux).
​
The UVG5 Midlight (PN: L129) and Floodlight (PN: L131) are also available without white light for organisations that do not allow the use of white light during inspections.
​
Battery Runtime is 8 hours (constant use), with an audible warning for low battery.
All models can be re-charged fully, within 3 hours.
UVG5 Head is Adjustable

Labino A600
Tripod
The Labino A600 Tripod enables the hands free operation of the LED torches. The legs can be adjusted to free stand on a surface or wrapped around objects to hold the torch in place.
UVG Variable Gooseneck Arm
The Labino 532 UVG Variable Gooseneck Arm has a clamp at the lower part that mounts on a bench or a hard surface and a clamp at the top specifically designed to fit the UVG series torches.The snake shape body allows the user to form any angle required to keep the torch facing a specific position.
UVG Rubber Bumper
The Labino UVG Rubber Bumper F107 is mounted around the front round bezel and protects the light from drops but also from rolling. It is penetrant resistant.
