Introducing the Labino Cosmos, a UV LED inspection light specifically designed for use in wash station inspections.
The Labino Cosmos UV light is specifically designed to withstand the harsh conditions of a wash station and covers an area of 7 x 7ft (2 x 2 metres) from a distance of 10 feet (3 meters), believed to be the largest in the world.
Cosmos is a UV light, specifically designed for wash stations with full IP68 rating, it has excellent heat management and allows you to be in control.

A UV light, specifically designed to withstand the harsh conditions of a wash station and covering an area of 7 x 7 feet (2 x 2 metres) with a minimum of 300 µW/cm2 from a distance of 10 feet (3 metres).
Wash station areas are often neglected, equipped with multiple UV tubes that require frequent replacement or with UV lights that are no longer considered suitable for use on inspection booths.
Cosmos is certified with an ingress protection marking of IP68 Waterproof and is classified as penetrant resistant, making it an extremely useful tool for wash station areas with excessive liquids.
The beam profile of the UV light is extremely homogeneous without any footprints showing from the LEDs, shades, dark spots or other disturbing defects.
It comes with a push button for convenience.
Cosmos has excellent heat management and allows you to be in control.
You can visually inspect if there is a problem with any UV LED & maintain the light yourself without the delay of sending the unit away & having processes delayed as ASTM E3022-18 is not applicable for wash stations.
Replacement LED parts are available for you to stock and replace onsite, if needed.
